Yi Yi Win, a former member of the NLD, was arrested in 2004 along with 3 colleagues and charged with receiving foreign satellite stations without official permission for satellite use. She was sentenced to 7 years and spent 3 years in Insein prison. She fled Burma and now lives in exile on the Thai-Burma border whilst members of her family has been resettled to Norway.<br /> Thiha Thant Zin was arrested in September 2007 for his role in the Saffron Revolution protests. He is currently serving an 18-year sentence in Myitkyina prison.
