Myo Zaw, a former member of the ABSDF, was arrested in 1990 and spent 10 years in Insein and Thayet prison due to his political activities. He fled Burma and currently lives in Nupo refugee camp on the Thai-Burma border where he is awaiting resettlement to a third country..Ye Thiha, a member of the ABSDF was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment. He was released from Insein prison in September 2009.
